Met de API hebben wij Filer volledig in onze eigen systemen kunnen integreren waardoor medewerkers overal gemakkelijk en snel kunnen zoeken. Vooral de mogelijkheid om metadata en tags via de API aan bestanden toe te kunnen voegen maakte de integratie binnen onze eigen systemen zeer interessant. We zijn zo enthousiast over Filer, dat we op dit moment ook andere bronnen door Filer willen laten indexeren

Handig!

Filer is een tool met vele mogelijkheden waarmee we het zoeken in onze data en processen optimaliseren. Gaandeweg zien we steeds meer mogelijkheden door de ervaring die we opdoen. En daarbij komt ook nog eens dat alles in onze eigen stijl gepresenteerd wordt en in onze eigen processen kan worden geïntegreerd. Bovendien reageert Filer zeer snel op verzoeken voor nieuwe mogelijkheden welke oa. mogelijk worden gemaakt via de API die van een zeer hoog niveau is. Ook verbeteringen worden snel doorgevoerd. Daarnaast is het ook een aanrader om Filer privé te gebruiken!

Via Filer indexeren wij niet alleen onze Google Drive accounts, maar integreren wij de bestanden ook in onze eigen interne platformen door gebruik te maken van de uitgebreide mogelijkheden van de Filer API. Zo realiseren wij een maatwerk portal (voor interne doeleinden) waarbij gebruikers de bestanden op de verschillende Google Drives zowel kunnen doorzoeken, als afhandelen.
